Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Inspect goods for damage and accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
