Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
