Responsibilities
- Support business development by researching prospective clients, generating lead lists, and assisting with outbound communication and event preparation
- Join meetings to support proposal writing and content development including sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Help coordinate and compile responses to RFPs
- Sit in on estimates and help structure Statements of Work (SOWs) using predefined templates
- Conduct general client research to support strategic planning and account engagement
- Monitor and report on project budgets, quarterly reports, and revenue sheets
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance, providing strategic input based on data
- Assist in developing internal and client-facing content such as training docs, CMS guides, reports, and slide decks
- Organize meeting outputs and support project documentation using tools and templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, design, content, and product
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and structured documentation
- Curious, analytical, and eager to understand how things work
- Interest in digital marketing, tech, or the agency environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple team members across departments
- Bonus: Education or background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with RFPs, project coordination, analytics, or CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Contentful
