FYZICAL is hiring a *licensed Physical Therapist* for an outpatient clinic focused on *patient-centered, balanced caseloads, and clinical autonomy*. This role is ideal for PTs who want quality patient care without mill-style pressure.
*What This Job Actually Looks Like*
* *Balance Caseloads *(Averaging 12-14 patients a day)

*Responsibilities*
* Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
* Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercise
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Educate patients on continued care and home programs
* Document outcomes and communicate with the care team
*Requirements*
* Graduate of an *accredited Physical Therapy program*
* *Active Florida PT license*
* *2+ years outpatient experience preferred* (strong new grads considered)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
