About
*Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT):*
* *Part-Time Hours:* 20 Hours/Week (Flexible Scheduling)
* *Coverage Location: *Paoli, Indiana & Surrounding Areas (Including French Lick, IN)
* *Travel: *Required + Milage Reimbursement
* *Work Setting:* In-Home Patient Visits, Training On-Site at Our Local Office and Remotely
* *Compensation: *Pay Per Visit (Rates Vary Based on Visit Types)
*Responsibilities:*
* As a PT, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence
* Delivering physical therapy services per physician’s care plan and state regulations
* Assessing patient mobility, strength, and rehabilitation potential
* Designing and implementing personalized therapy programs
* Educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
* Supervising PTAs and home health aides as needed
* Documenting progress and participating in discharge planning
*What We're Looking For*
*Required:*
* Active Indiana PT license
* Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
* CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
* Recent TB test
*Preferred:*
* 2+ years of PT experience
* Home health or community-based care experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to build rapport and lead with empathy
