About
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Part-Time or Relief Veterinarian* to join our independent practice family. Whether you are looking to pick up a few extra shifts or seeking a consistent part-time home where you can practice high-quality medicine without the corporate burnout, we would love to meet you.
We pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where you have the autonomy to practice medicine your way, supported by a skilled team of technicians and assistants who handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the patient.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic workups.
* Provide preventative care, including vaccinations and wellness counseling.
* Perform standard soft-tissue surgeries and dentistry (if comfortable/desired; surgical capability is a plus but not strictly required).
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, educating them on their pet's health.
* Maintain accurate medical records (we utilize EzyVet).
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited university.
* Current and valid veterinary license to practice in the State of Michigan.
* DEA license (preferred).
* A positive attitude and a genuine love for pets and building relationships with our clients.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
