MRI Technologist - Providence Imaging Center at Providence Health and Services summary: The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging examinations to assist in diagnosing patient conditions, working under radiologist supervision in a clinical setting. This full-time day shift role is based at Providence Imaging Center in Anchorage, Alaska, and requires specific radiologic technology credentials and certifications. R.I. examinations under the supervision of a radiologist utilizing a sophisticated magnetic imaging scanner to aid in diagnosis of patient conditions. Daily exposure to high static magnetic field. Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 hours per week. 10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or Allied Health, or equivalent training thru an ARRT recognized program or credentialing body. National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists, or National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 1 year postgraduate experience in the field of Medical Imaging Technology.
