Responsibilities:

Senior Payroll Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Weekly payroll processing, Payroll tax reporting

GL – payroll liability accounts reconciliation

Other duties as assigned.

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates for the Senior Payroll Administrator position should possess the following:

Advocate adherence to Payroll policies

Attention to detail

Planning and organization – an ability to plan and manage multiple projects

Strong customer orientation

Problem analysis and problem resolution

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High performance teams and a strong team player

Bachelor’s degree preferred with accounting, finance, or business field of study

Strong team building, interpersonal relationship skills, capability to deal confidently with senior/executive management

Knowledge of processing and understanding payroll policies

Must have strong technical skills and experience with multiple HRIS systems, database tools, UKG time collection systems and Microsoft Excel

Need to be familiar with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing employee payroll requirements

Ability to multi-task and contribute to a team-oriented, supportive working environment

Excellent verbal and written communications

High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion

Minimal travel required
