Medico Construction is a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our team.

Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager, utilizing Jobtread
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications, use of Jobtread
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
