Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments from trucks.
- Sort and place inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load finished goods onto trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management as directed.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse flow.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
We offer an hourly wage of $18.50, along with benefits and opportunities for advancement. This role is physically demanding and requires consistent lifting.
