We are looking for a proactive and skilled Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating staff, and ensuring adherence to all company policies, particularly those concerning Safety. Proper use of PPE is mandatory, and you will be expected to enforce Safety procedures among your team. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Logistics environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential. You will be involved in workflow planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. While the role requires overseeing operations, there may be occasional needs for physical involvement, including Lifting items. We are committed to fostering a productive and safe workplace.
