We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. - Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
- Picking and filling customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Managing inventory and performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
