As a Distribution Center Associate, you will participate in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain productivity and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting. A strong commitment to quality and safety is paramount. You will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per company guidelines. The role involves regular physical activity and may require lifting up to 50 pounds. - Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet performance and productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory control procedures.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
