Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using scanning technology.
- Carefully and efficiently pack orders to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and manifesting.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Must wear and use all required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility gear.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a proven work ethic.
