We are hiring an Order Picker to join our busy warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. The Order Picker is a key player in our logistics operations, responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires efficiency, speed, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure that orders are picked correctly and promptly. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment and must be comfortable navigating aisles, using order picking equipment, and meeting productivity targets. A strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work independently or as part of a team to achieve collective goals. Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics network. Key responsibilities include: reading pick lists or using RF scanners to locate and retrieve products, verifying item numbers and quantities, transporting picked items to the packing station, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and reporting any stock discrepancies or damaged items. This position involves significant physical activity, including bending, reaching, and lifting items of various weights. Experience with manual lifting techniques and pallet jacks is advantageous.
