We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Worker for our growing facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is key to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. A strong commitment to Safety, including the proper use of PPE, is paramount in this role. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting, and a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming inventory and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated warehouse areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal and co-worker safety.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, typically up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following procedures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Understanding of the importance of timely logistics and order fulfillment.
