We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their correct orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and stage products according to customer orders, using a variety of picking technologies and equipment. This role requires a strong commitment to **safety** and adherence to all warehouse protocols. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to overall **logistics** efficiency. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong **lifting** capabilities are essential, as you will be moving and handling various items throughout your shift. We provide all necessary **PPE** to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Package items appropriately for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all **safety** guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and shipping targets.
- Report any damaged products or discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including **PPE** requirements.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **logistics** operation through accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in **lifting** and moving items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Proven **lifting** capacity of up to 50 lbs.
