We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our Grand Rapids, Michigan warehouse. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, performing stock adjustments, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our warehouse management system. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability. You will also assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring safe storage practices. A strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures is essential. Compliance with all company safety policies and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. While the role is primarily focused on data and accuracy, there may be occasional requirements for light Lifting and moving of inventory items. We are looking for an analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in inventory management or a similar role within logistics is highly preferred.
