Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between system data and physical stock.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
  • Safely handle materials and operate equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
