*Your Role*
* Lead and inspire field nursing staff across pediatric and intermittent care cases.
* Manage RN scheduling for timely case openings and continuity of care.
* Conduct *orientation and training* for caregivers and nurses.
* Oversee *Quality Assurance* and ensure compliance with *State, Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards*.
* Drive operational excellence and contribute to strategic initiatives.
* Interview, hire, and evaluate nursing staff.
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Active RN license in Pennsylvania* (BSN preferred)
* *3–5 years of Home Health Agency experience* (not hospital, rehab, or LTC)
* *Direct experience managing pediatric and intermittent care patients* in a home health setting
* Prior supervisory or ADON experience
* Familiarity with EMR systems and home health documentation
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
