About
NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior IT Specialist. We’re a rapidly growing utility construction company in North Texas, and we’re looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team. This role reports directly to the IT Manager and is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility than an entry-level position
\*Permanent full-time position\*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Support IT Manager with technology strategy and projects
* Maintain and troubleshoot networks, servers, and cloud systems
* Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols
* Assist with ERP and construction software setup and support
* Provide technical support and resolve IT issues quickly
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 3–5 years of IT experience (construction industry a plus)
* Strong knowledge of networking, cloud (Azure/AWS), and security
* ERP experience preferred
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
