*Responsibilities*
* Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
* Perform a variety of procedures: crowns and bridges, endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, and restorative dentistry.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and refer to specialists as needed.
* Build trusted relationships with patients and teammates.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment.
* Embrace continuous learning and personal growth.
*Requirements*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia state dental license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
