Junior Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager . In this role, you will support and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end project execution within the manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
• Lead or support customer-facing discussions, updates, and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs; escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle (requirements, meeting notes, reports).
• Facilitate meetings, communicate action items, and hold contributors accountable.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Contribute to project process improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience preferrably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with direct interaction and communication responsibilities.
• Completion of at least two full project development life cycles from initiation to closure.
• Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders , including cross-functional teams and customers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
