Aseptic Nights Preparation Operatives

Total Staff Services are working for our client based in Runcorn for x 2 ASU Preparation Stager vacancies on nights:-

The purpose of this role :- Responsible for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next day's production in the Aseptic Services Unit.

Main Accountabilities:-

Working within the aseptic unit, you will be gowned to the standard required and be required to follow the company SOP's Assist in post-production strip-down of cleanrooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken Assist as required in the undertaking of cleans in all graded areas of the ASU in support of the hygiene team Cleaning and preparing of cleanroom cabinets and machines, isolators ready for production Ensuring all cleaning duties, including cabinets and machines are conducted according to the defined SOP and ensuring all nesessary paperwork is complete Transferring machines, ingrediants and othe rmaterials into the cleanroom cabinets as per SOP ready for compounder to prepare for production Prepare the materials for the following days production Working to a production plan to deliver optimum production readiness Transferring raw materials for production into the compounding suite Ensuring all activities are recorded accurately on relevant documentation and completed in a timely manner in accordance with SOP Ensuring the appropriate disposal of waste from the compounding/manufacturing area in accordance with SOPExperience and Qulaifications required:-

Aseptic or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan Trained in manual handling procedures H & S awareness, including COSHH familiarity A good understanding of GMP requirements Basic verbal and written communication skillsHours are (Apply online only) Sunday to Thursday

Salary £34,714 (includes the shift allowance)
