Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab - Providence Anchorage at Providence Health and Services summary: The Cardiovascular Technologist assists physicians in performing invasive and interventional cardiovascular procedures using advanced equipment in a cath lab setting. This role requires experience with vascular, cardiac, pediatric, and neuro-interventional techniques, along with maintaining quality control and compliance with hospital policies. Assists cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. Knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice, Neuro interventional procedures, as well as emergent techniques/protocol. Assists in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. Able to observe hospital and departmental policies on confidentiality. CVS patients served range from neonates to senior citizens.
