*About the Role*
LéhCär Aesthetics, a boutique medspa in Cumming, GA, is seeking an *experienced Massage Therapist *with an existing clientele to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a luxury spa environment, understands the mind-body-skin connection, and is committed to delivering outstanding therapeutic results.
This role is ideal for a therapist who already has a loyal following, is skilled in multiple modalities, and is comfortable showcasing their expertise through social media.
This role is focused on delivering exceptional *therapeutic and restorative massage services* to our clientele. Candidates with advanced certifications in modalities such as *deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal, lymphatic, cupping, and reflexology* are highly preferred.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Welcome and consult with clients to determine their needs and desired outcomes
* Review intake forms, assess contraindications, and customize treatments accordingly
* Actively promote services and maintain professional presence on Léhcär's social media to attract and retain clientele
* Provide safe, effective massages using a range of techniques and modalities
* Educate clients on aftercare, wellness practices, and complementary LéhCär services
* Maintain detailed, accurate client notes and treatment records
* Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards for treatment rooms and tools
* Support the spa’s culture of transformation, excellence, and personalized care
*Skills & Qualifications*
* *Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Georgia* (active, in good standing)
* Advanced certifications or strong skill set in therapeutic modalities (deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, cupping, lymphatic, reflexology)
* Proven experience and established clientele preferred
* Portfolio or social media handle showcasing work (preferred)
* Strong communication and listening skills; ability to build client trust
* Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
* Passion for helping clients feel renewed, balanced, and cared for
* Bonus: Background or interest in integrative health, aesthetics, or holistic wellness
