To support our expanding project portfolio across Germany, we are seeking a committed and structured Site Logistics Manager to join our operational force.
Role Description
As a Site Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the controlled, safe, and efficient flow of materials, equipment, and information across the project site.
You will coordinate daily logistics operations, manage inventory, support procurement processes, and proactively resolve supply chain challenges to maintain project continuity.
This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain structure and clarity in fast‑moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily site logistics operations
Oversee transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment
Maintain accurate on‑site inventory and ensure material availability
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and delivery issues
Support procurement processes and supplier coordination
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, suppliers, and project leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and site efficiency
Qualifications
Experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management
Strong understanding of procurement, customer service, and supplier coordination
Proven ability to analyze and resolve logistics challenges efficiently
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision‑making abilities
Proficiency with logistics and supply chain software/tools
Software Skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Logistics planning tools and inventory systems
Experience with digital reporting and documentation tools (advantage)
Safety & Security (Strong Advantage)
Experience in site safety, security operations
Ability to support safety protocols, access control, and compliance
Familiarity with emergency procedures and risk mitigation
Education & Training
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Additional training or certification in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transport Management, or Supply Chain is an advantage
Languages
English required
German is a plus, but not mandatory
