We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical awareness and client-facing experience to lead requirement definition for custom software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to capture, structure, and communicate complex business needs using detailed use cases, workflows, and domain models. You will take ownership of business analysis efforts across multiple projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability of requirements. Key responsibilities include: Lead requirement elicitation sessions with clients to identify business goals, constraints, and functional needs Translate business needs into clear and structured artifacts: use cases, business process models, data flow diagrams, and domain models Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, SRSs, including system-level specifications Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design Work closely with architects and developers to validate feasibility and clarify implementation details Serve as the primary point of contact for business logic and functional scope throughout the delivery lifecycle Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in early stages and propose pragmatic solutions Support technical teams by clarifying requirements and resolving open issues during development Ensure documentation remains current and aligns with project goals as requirements evolve
