This is a remote position. URGENT HIRING: Senior QA Tester We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Dynamics 365 implementations. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers and consultants to resolve issues. You will also be involved in defining quality assurance strategies and ensuring compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, test plans and test summary reports for Dynamics 365 applications. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system behaviour. Assist in managing the test environment Manage the resolution of any defects that are raised, and escalate significant quality concerns to the Functional Lead Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure defect resolution and system improvements. Perform API testing and validate integrations with other systems. Maintain and update test documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements. Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools to improve QA processes. Define quality assurance strategies, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. Skills & Experience: 5-10 years of experience working in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications within an Agile software development lifecycle. Demonstrated project experience and the ability to contribute to delivering project outcomes on time and within budget. Experience of testing methodologies and use of test tools such as ALM Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr Scale with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of testing in successful projects delivery Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete). Experience with API testing and performance testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Why Join Us?
