We are hiring in several areas, including product, engineering, and design to help drive this exciting initiative.**About the Role**In this role you’ll be a part of the Flowise AI design team at Workday, where you’ll own and lead design and research on product initiatives with AI agentic solutions and related areas. Key responsibilities are:* Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation.* Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve.* Serve as the designer on product initiatives.* Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs.* Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback.* Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives.* Participate in and lead design sprints.* Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work.* Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment.* Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements.* Develop relationships with your stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverablesYou’ll be a great fit for this role if: * You are excited by the fast pace of a startup and can work on both standard and compressed timelines to deliver great results.* You thrive in ambiguous and complex situations and are great at turning ideas into solutions.* You are opinionated - you don’t just blindly ask customers or data for answers but operate from a hypothesis driven mindset and seek to confirm or pivot as quickly as possible as frequently as necessary until reaching the right solution.* You can operate independently and are self-driven, but at the same time enjoy working and collaborating with teammates.* You are action oriented - forward progress is your #1 priority every day.* You live and follow a “continuous research” mindset - you don’t wait for the feature to start researching - you study our customers and our market every day.* You take pride in your work - you aim to deliver great designs that you’d proudly show off to friends, family, coworkers, or in your portfolio. “Good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.* You have experience with and enjoy using AI products and are constantly testing out new AI solutions for personal and work use including using AI tools for prototyping and testing.* You follow the latest on AI trends and new releases via newsletters, X, etc.* You are curious and find inspiration in every product and are constantly updating your design toolkit with every product you use.**About You**Basic Qualifications* 7+ years experience as a UX DesignerOther Qualifications* Prior experience at a fast growing startup a plus* Prior experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality* Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs* Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies**Workday Pay Transparency Statement**The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
