We are hiring motivated Picker/Packers to join our bustling warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This involves using scanning equipment to locate products, assembling orders, and ensuring that items are packed securely and efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic logistics environment, contributing to the timely dispatch of goods. This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience with order picking and packing processes is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
- Lift and move packages as needed, following safe lifting techniques.
