Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and implementing process improvements to minimize stock errors. This position is key to our overall Logistics operations, ensuring we have precise data to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding rigorous Safety standards. Help us optimize our inventory management.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout that supports smooth Logistics .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
