We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team in Boston, Massachusetts. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operating procedures.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
