Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout our facility. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will be paramount as you contribute to our overall logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Transport materials to and from storage areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operating procedures.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
