As an Order Picker, your primary role will be to accurately and efficiently select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders or internal requests. You will utilize hand-held scanners or other technology to identify products and ensure the correct quantities are picked. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse layout and inventory management. You will be responsible for transporting picked items to designated packing or staging areas. Adherence to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is crucial for your well-being and the safety of others. Frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs, will be a part of your daily tasks. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to meeting performance goals.
