Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to production targets and deadlines.
- Must be capable of lifting items up to 40 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is a plus. Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
