About
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the movement and organization of materials within our warehouse. This includes receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and stocking items in designated storage areas. You will also be tasked with preparing outgoing shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, and ensuring that all items are labeled correctly. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain inventory accuracy and to prevent errors. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be provided or required depending on experience), to move heavy loads. Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is paramount to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Proper use of PPE will be mandatory at all times. This role is critical for the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributes directly to our overall logistics success. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
