Join our expanding team as a Fulfillment Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! We need dedicated individuals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role is vital to our logistics success, involving a variety of warehouse tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and conditions.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform duties that require regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift.
- Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to handle consistent lifting and stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
