Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and timely delivery to our customers. We emphasize a culture of safety and provide comprehensive training, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments accurately.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care to prevent damage during transit, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including affixing labels and completing necessary documentation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, demonstrating proficiency in safe lifting and the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse associate or similar role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to upholding stringent safety standards.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
