Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This is a vital position within our warehouse operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct items in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our overall success in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders based on order sheets and system data.
  • Verify product quantities and descriptions before packing.
  • Use scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses.
  • Package items securely and appropriately for transit, ensuring no damage occurs.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
