About
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is essential for supporting our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for distribution. Responsibilities include moving inventory, organizing the warehouse space, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. The Warehouse Worker will operate basic material handling equipment and adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our logistics network. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be reliable and punctual. Familiarity with basic material handling equipment is a plus. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE is mandatory. Good communication skills. Understanding of logistics is beneficial.
