Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials to designated areas.
- Stack and retrieve products from warehouse racking systems.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
- Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
