We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will work closely with the warehouse supervisor to manage inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. - Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE.
