Join our bustling Distribution Center Associate team in Miami, Florida! We're searching for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to our efficient **Logistics** operations. This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within our facility, ensuring accuracy and speed in all tasks. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties designed to optimize our supply chain. A strong emphasis on **Safety** and teamwork is crucial for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and mandatory **PPE** requirements.
- Support the overall **Logistics** flow by meeting performance targets.
- This position requires **Lifting** up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics**, inventory control, and **Safety** best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform **Lifting** throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- A commitment to prioritizing **Safety** in all tasks is paramount.
