Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and staging orders, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential for our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers accurately and on time. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety guidelines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
