Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection.
- Prepare packages for shipment, affixing labels and necessary documentation.
- Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area, ready for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
