About
We are looking for a certified Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials throughout our warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, relocating pallets of goods, and assisting with put-away and retrieval of inventory. A keen understanding of warehouse logistics and safe operating procedures is crucial. You will work closely with receiving and shipping departments to maintain a seamless flow of products. This position requires an individual with excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. While operating forklift equipment is primary, you may also be involved in other warehouse tasks, including manual lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
