About
We are seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our operations in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring that all shipments are accurately documented, inspected, and processed efficiently. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying packing slips against received goods, identifying discrepancies, and entering receiving data into our inventory management system. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills. This position requires physical activity, including lifting, and a commitment to safety. All employees are expected to follow safety regulations and wear required PPE. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in warehouse administration and logistics. We foster a collaborative and safe work environment. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and operational flow. Tasks may include operating pallet jacks and scanning equipment. Experience with data entry is a plus.
