About
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This position involves a wide range of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to upholding high standards of productivity and Safety . This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
