About
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! We need motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders. This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will work with a variety of products, utilizing scanning equipment and following detailed order instructions. A strong commitment to accuracy and speed is essential. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order fulfillment progress.
- Inspect items for defects before packing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and quality control.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanners and WMS.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and inventory flow.
- Must wear required PPE , including safety vest and gloves.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
