We have an opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Boise, Idaho facility! This position is fundamental to the successful operation of our logistics and distribution network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and unloading goods, stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all logistics standards.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other assigned duties.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and following all protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
