Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Boise, Idaho facility! This position is fundamental to the successful operation of our logistics and distribution network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and unloading goods, stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment.   • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all logistics standards.
  • Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other assigned duties.
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and following all protocols.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
