- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, using correct materials.
- Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, essential for efficient logistics.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged products.
- Assist with other picking and packing duties as needed.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a standing and walking role.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of order picking and packing processes within logistics.
